The Chinese Ambassador to the United States set the tone: “Given the current circumstances, it is more important then ever that sub-national representatives of China and the United States gather to advance co-operation, and identify win-win opportunities that benefit us all.”
The Kentucky Governor said, “I speak for other Governors, Leiutenant Governors, and economic development teams: we need to have a strong partnership with the people of China.”
